This service aims to work with you and your diet to improve physical health, mental well-being and daily performance. You will also be educated on nutrition to increase your knowledge and gather a deeper understanding to help make more informed food-choices - whether it's at home or the workplace.
Performance Nutrition
This service aims to work with you as the athlete, and your diet to help your optimise training, performance, body-composition and recovery. Strategic nutrition will be incorporated - which includes a dietary analysis, to make specific recommendations for pre, during and post training/competition.
Weight
Management Nutrition
This service aims to work with you if your personal goal is to gain or lose bodyweight - whether it is a short-term or long-term goal. Following a dietary analysis, specific nutritional requirements will be calculated alongside meal, snack and food ideas, to ensure healthy and sustainable weight gain/loss is made and body-composition is optimised.
